    We try respond to all orders within 24 hours, we try to give the buyer as much information and the history of the item as possible. We have an

    We offer layaway on most items so please email us for details.

    Please let us know if the item is a gift and we will gift wrap it for you with a card with a note from you for a reasonable charge and if you wish we can
    ship it directly to the recipient. The shipping cost will remain the same whether it's to you or the recipient unless the cost difference is over $5.

    Shipping/Handling/Insurance Policy:

    Buyer pays for actual shipping, handling and insurance if the item doesn't include Free Shipping.
    We will ALWAYS refund the difference over $1 if the actual shipping costs are lower then what you've paid.
    Shipping insurance is required for your protection and the sellers from damage in shipping.

    Items are usually shipped within a week. During the hot summer months we will only ship Mondays thru Wednesdays because the item has a better
    chance of not sitting in a hot warehouse on Sundays a non-traveling day for the Post Office.
    Shipping insurance is for your protection and the sellers. Insurance claims are the responsibility of the buyer to file if item is not received or
    damaged in transit. We will provide the buyer with all the necessary documentation for the procedure if the item hasn't been paid for through PayPal
    where the information is on the customers receipt at time of purchase. We do combine shipping so please contact us and we will make the
    necessary adjustment to the buyer. For the protection of the buyer and the seller, a signature confirmation is required on all purchases. We cannot
    be held responsible for damage or odors to items while in the postal system.

    We take extensive measures to insure that merchandise will arrive safely, but if an item is damaged in shipping or lost we can not be held
    responsible. This is why we require shipping insurance on all items. Please be aware that to be reimbursed it is the buyer’s responsibility to follow all
    postal procedures required to be reimbursed for damage or loss. The seller will provide all necessary information of proof of purchase and shipping
    insurance necessary to the buyer.

    Sellers are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with
    package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We do not pack our items until they are sold so please allow time for packing.
    Seller is not responsible for odors that items may be exposed to or damage while in the shipping process.
    If item exceeds the USPS $500 limitations we will seek other means of shipment so that the buyer is completely covered for the full purchase price.

    ***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS***
    Since shipping is free in the U.S our International buyers only pay the difference between the normal shipping costs in the USA and to their country.  
    For Example: If it costs $20 to ship a similar item in size and weight to a destination in the US and it costs $30 to ship to the International country,
    the International buyer will only pay the difference of $10.  If an International buyer has failed to provide a confirmed or valid address or given a
    fraudulent address only 80% of the monies paid for the transaction will be refunded.    
    International payment must be in U.S dollar system through PayPal ONLY!

    Please add $15.00 (non-refundable) handling fee to any package services. Please remember that you will have customs (import) fees when you
    buy from the USA. Be sure to check in advance of your purchase with your local customs office to find out what these costs will be. Because of
    customs handling and potential damage of items "NO" Refund on items shipped out of the USA. International customers please contact us for
    shipping quotes or the difference in cost when an item says Free Shipping in the USA. Buyer will only pay the difference between an item sent in the
    USA to a country outside the USA. International buyers please do not pay until we adjust your total for the difference between shipping in the USA
    and your International location. We will adjust the cost on your invoice at checkout.  If an International or US buyer has failed to provide a confirmed
    or valid address or given a fraudulent address only 80% of the monies paid for the transaction will be refunded.  The reason for this is that
    International addresses are difficult to confirm and we have had a number of fraudulent sales Internationally because of this problem.     

    OTHER METHOD OF PAYMENT
    If wishing to pay by credit card but you don't have a PayPal account or do not wish to open an account please contact us by email as we have an
    alternative method of payment by credit card through Google Check Out. This is for USA buyers only.

    LAYAWAY
    We offer layaway through PayPal only. We offer layaway through PayPal for a term of three months. Buyer will pay in 3 equal payments on the date
    of the month set by the seller and buyer plus the buyer pays for the additional PayPal fees for the multiple payments. No interest charged and only
    the actual PayPal fees will be charged to the buyer. If the buyer defaults on the agreement or doesn't make the monthly payment within 5 business
    days of the payment due date, the initial down payment will not be refunded but the rest of the payments will be returned minus the handling costs.  .
    If an International or a US buyer has failed to provide a confirmed or valid address or given a fraudulent address only 80% of the monies paid for
    the transaction will be refunded because of the amount of time the items have been off the market and the extra work and expenses involved in
    layaways.

    All addresses must be confirmed through our address verification program for the order to be considered complete. Order will be considered
    pending until address can be confirmed. If payment isn't made in a timely manner, we will remove "sale pending" from the item. We "DO NOT" email
    payment reminders!
    We can't accept credit card payments for items less than 25.00. Payment may be made through a cash transfer for amounts under $25. There is no
    signature confirmation on orders under $25 but there is delivery confirmation on orders under $25.

    Please remember that the majority of these items are antiques and as such can't always be perfect due to the many years that have passed so
    please remember that when purchasing any item that is antique or a collectible. Please view all photos and ask questions before purchase. We try
    to describe our items as accurately as humanly possible. We strive to make sure that each and every item is as clean as possible and ready for
    display. ALL ITEMS ARE CLEAN & COME FROM A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT & HAVE NO OBNOXIOUS ODORS.
    If you have an odor sensitive disability, please be aware that we can't guarantee that you won't be bothered. We do use natural products when we
    clean all items but we can't guarantee that you won't be sensitive to our products and we can't offer refunds based on odor sensitivity if the buyer
    has this disability. We also cannot be held responsible for any odors that the packages may be exposed to during the shipping process but we do
    try to protect our items from those kind of outside factors by wrapping the items in a closed separate bag from the packing materials. Our customers
    have been pleased with their purchases so no need to worry.

    Refunds

    Please remember that most of the items we sell are 40-100+ years old. All of them have been owned, loved, and are looking for a new home. We
    rely on our excellent feedback and long standing reputation and many of our customers come back time and again, BEFORE making your purchase
    please email us & ask us any questions or concerns that you may have.  We want you to be confident with your purchase so please if you have any
    concerns feel free to email us.  If you would like additional photos please ask.  Always look at the photos carefully and read the description carefully
    so you don't miss something that might be important to you.  We always recommend that you read the descriptions of anything you are interested in
